Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in a written agreement with Colleagu.

Customer Data and Content

You retain ownership of your content and data. You grant Colleagu the right to process your data solely to provide the services, improve the platform, and comply with legal obligations.

Intellectual Property

Colleagu and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the services, including software, logos, and trademarks. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use Colleagu branding without permission.

The services may include integrations or links to third-party services. Colleagu is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the services at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colleagu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
