Reporting Infringing Content
If you believe content on Colleagu infringes your rights, send a notice to legal@colleagu.com. Your notice should include:
- enough information to identify the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
- enough information to identify the allegedly infringing material, such as where it appears on Colleagu;
- your contact details; and
- a statement that you believe the use is unauthorized.
What Happens Next
We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material, notify the relevant user, process counter-notices where appropriate, and suspend or terminate repeat infringers.

If material you uploaded was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can reply to the notification we send you, or write to legal@colleagu.com.
