What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, SDKs, tags, and scripts that help us remember settings, secure accounts, measure usage, and improve the service.

How We Use Cookies

• Strictly necessary cookies for login, authentication, session management, security, fraud prevention, and core platform functionality.
• Preference cookies to remember settings, consent choices, language, and user interface preferences.
• Analytics cookies to understand page views, feature usage, performance, errors, and product engagement.
• Marketing cookies and pixels to measure campaigns, attribute signups, and understand advertising performance where permitted.
• Performance cookies to improve speed, reliability, debugging, and service quality.

Tools We Use

This is the complete list of analytics and tracking technologies on our website. If a tool is not named here, we are not running it.

• Colleagu first-party analytics. Page views, clicks on our public marketing pages, and video plays, recorded against a random session identifier on our own servers. Loaded only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Google Analytics 4. Aggregate traffic and usage measurement. We configure it with IP anonymization on, and Google Signals and ad personalization off. Loaded only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Microsoft Clarity. Session replay and heatmaps, restricted to an explicit list of public marketing and legal pages. It is never loaded on signed-in screens, so it cannot record candidate data. Loaded only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Google Firebase. Authentication only, including phone verification. This is strictly necessary for sign-in and is not used for analytics or advertising.

These providers may process technical data such as IP address, browser information, device information, page views, clicks, session activity, and cookie identifiers according to their own policies. We do not run advertising pixels, and we do not share your browsing on this site with advertising networks.

Cookies We Set

• colleagu_cookie_consent_v1 — records the choice you made here so we do not ask again. Strictly necessary, expires after 12 months.
• colleagu_analytics_session_v1 — a random session identifier for our first-party analytics. Only created if you accept analytics cookies, and deleted if you later withdraw.
• Session and authentication cookies used to keep you signed in. Strictly necessary.

Your Choices

Non-essential cookies are off until you turn them on. Nothing beyond the strictly necessary cookies loads before you choose, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time — it is no harder than giving it was.

Cookie settings — opens the same preferences panel you saw when you first arrived.

• You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
• Disabling necessary cookies may prevent login or core service functionality.
• Blocking analytics cookies reduces our measurement but does not affect your access to your account.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
